DELIVERY INFORMATION
To return your items for a full refund or exchange
you must return within 14 days of receiving your items.
All items must be unworn with tags.

government and Intwine Fashion is not held responsible for any additional taxes and
customs charges that are payable during the shipment of your order. Therefore, charges
will not be applied at the checkout.
Once the goods arrive at your country location, you, the buyer, become responsible for
paying import duties, as well as further transport costs. Parcels will be held by customs
until payments are made. Any payments not received may result in parcels being
returned, delayed or destroyed. Customs will contact you for customs charges and
delivery, If you do not respond to this in a timely manner your order will be rejected and
returned to us with fees to pay, this will be deducted from the refund amount along with s
hipping costs.

Terms of Refund / Exchange
-We reserve the right to not refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, you do not need to email us to let us know that you are returning it.
- Please ensure you use tracking when sending parcels back to us.
-We do not offer free returns nor will we refund the original shipping cost, with the exception of faulty items. All returns to us, are shipped at your own cost.
